How quickly can I receive my Order?
In order to maintain our elevated standards, orders are processed within 6 to 8 business days from the date of payment, Monday through Friday. Typically, delivery occurs within 10 to 14 business days.
You may use the tracking number provided to you once the order has been dispatched to monitor its status on our website or the website of the official shipping carrier.
2. The carrier of my order is which courier service?
We ship via DHL Express, and your order will not be processed for shipment until all payment and delivery information has been confirmed.
Orders destined for E.U. should be delivered within 2 to 3 business days.
Orders destined for U.S. and Canadian destinations are expected to be delivered within a time frame of 3 to 6 business days.
The delivery time for orders to other countries is 4 to 7 business days.
Signing for each and every delivery is mandatory, as we require verification of delivery. Without your signature, we are unable to authorize the delivery; therefore, please ensure that you are present to sign for the package. The order's status can be monitored through the 'Order History' tab accessible within your account.Any estimated delivery date or time that we provide is for illustrative purposes only. 3. What is the cost of the transportation fee?
There will be no shipping charges incurred by you. Free international shipping.
